Join for a monthly Yoga Nidra where we meet relaxation on the physical, mental and spiritual levels. This will set the stage for a deep dive into Pranayamas (breathing exercises), and further more into stilling the mind into concentration. From this point, we can meditate together as a group. This class will be balancing and harmonizing to the movement of every day life by becoming established in inner peacefulness and sanctuary.
