Join Lindsay for an outdoor yoga experience every Sunday on the lawn in front of the Goddard College Clockhouse. This morning yoga class will meet you where you are and offer a chance to stretch, strengthen, and relax. An excellent way to prepare for the day ahead! We will focus on opening the body to relieve tension, with special attention to the hips, hamstrings, and back. Lindsay will take you through a gentle progression of poses and end with breathwork and savasana. Appropriate for all ages and levels. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, yoga props (blocks and a strap), sun protection and wear layers. This class will be socially distanced and is limited to 9 participants. In the event of rain class will be offered over zoom. Pre-register up to 1 hour beforehand by emailing practice@riverhouseyoga.com. We will continue this class into the Fall as long as we can!
