Yoga Nidra is practiced in Savasana-the Corpse pose.
Come in comfortable clothing that you can move in and also relax in. Come with a Samkalpa- an intention for your practice that is your heart’s desire. *(This will be an internal journey in which you have the opportunity to dive into the self, nourishing your being. The Samkalpa is not shared aloud, it is internally stated).
